These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the mobile games, applications, websites, and related services provided by InnoFlow, operating on app stores under the developer name InnoFlow Games.
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any app covered by these Terms, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the apps.

2. Apps Covered by These Terms
These Terms apply to all apps published by InnoFlow or InnoFlow Games, including current and future apps.
The current apps covered by these Terms include:
App name: Blocksy
Package name / bundle ID: com.InnoFlow.Blocksy
Platforms: Google Play / Apple App Store
Description: A free-to-play 3D block painting game with ads, optional subscriptions, optional in-app purchases, platform account services, and gameplay progress storage.
If a future app has materially different features, monetization, online functionality, user-generated content, multiplayer, chat, contests, child-directed content, or other legal requirements, these Terms should be updated or separate terms should be provided.
3. License to Use the Apps
Subject to these Terms, InnoFlow grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the apps for personal entertainment purposes.
You do not own the apps, source code, artwork, models, levels, sounds, music, user interface, design, branding, or other app content.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain owned by InnoFlow or its licensors.
4. Free-to-Play Access
Blocksy is free to download and play.
Some features, content, tools, models, art packs, speed-up options, or convenience features may require watching advertisements, purchasing a subscription, or making an in-app purchase.
Free access does not guarantee permanent access to all features, models, content, tools, or app functionality.
5. Platform Accounts
Some apps may use platform account services, including:
Google Play Games Services
Apple Game Center
These services may allow automatic sign-in using your existing platform account.
InnoFlow does not currently require users to create a separate InnoFlow account for Blocksy.
Platform account services are operated by Google, Apple, or other platform providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, policies, and account rules.
Gameplay progress may be linked to your Google Play Games account on Android or your Apple Game Center account on iOS.
Progress is not guaranteed to sync across different platforms. Android and iOS progress may remain separate.
6. Gameplay Progress, Unlocks and Local Saves
Blocksy may store different types of progress in different ways.
Paid Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions, ad removal, infinite tool access, paid model packs, art packs, and other paid entitlements are processed through the platform where the purchase was made, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
Where supported, these paid entitlements can be restored by checking the relevant platform account and purchase system.
For example, if you purchased ad removal, infinite tools, or a paid model pack through Google Play or Apple App Store, the app may verify that purchase through the relevant platform SDK and restore the entitlement inside the app.
Paid entitlements may not transfer between platforms. A purchase made on Google Play may not automatically transfer to iOS, and a purchase made on iOS may not automatically transfer to Android.
Ad-Based Unlocks
Some models, tools, features, or content may be unlocked by watching ads or completing ad-based requirements.
Blocksy may track ad-based unlock progress where needed to determine whether content has been unlocked.
Ad-based unlock progress may be linked to the relevant platform account where supported.
Local Painting Progress
In-progress paintings, partially completed models, local save files, and similar work-in-progress data may be stored locally on your device.
InnoFlow does not currently store in-progress painting files on its own servers.
Local painting progress may be lost if:
You uninstall the app.
You clear app data.
You change phones or devices.
Your device is lost, damaged, reset, or replaced.
Your local storage is deleted, corrupted, or unavailable.
The operating system, app store, or device storage system removes local app data.
The app is updated, changed, or discontinued in a way that affects old local save files.
InnoFlow is not responsible for loss of local in-progress painting data except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Paid purchases and platform-verifiable entitlements may be restorable through the relevant app store account, but local in-progress painting files may not be recoverable.
7. Sharing Creations
Some apps may allow users to export, save, or share creations, screenshots, images, or gameplay results through device-level or platform-level sharing features.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, InnoFlow does not host public user profiles, public galleries, multiplayer content, chat, or user-generated content platforms for Blocksy.
If you choose to share app content outside the app, you are responsible for where and how you share it.
You must not use sharing features to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, misrepresent ownership, or distribute harmful, offensive, illegal, or unauthorized material.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some apps may offer paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium content, model packs, art packs, ad removal, unlimited or increased tool usage, or other digital content.
For Blocksy, paid options may include:
Ad removal
Subscription-only models to paint
Infinite or expanded tool usage
Permanent model unlocks
Art packs
Other optional digital content added in the future
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where the purchase is made, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
InnoFlow does not receive your full payment card details.
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trial availability, taxes, and other purchase details are shown by the relevant app store before purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the purchase details before confirming payment.
9. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be offered in weekly, monthly, yearly, or other billing periods.
Longer subscription periods may be offered at lower effective rates compared to shorter billing periods.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the rules of the platform where the subscription was purchased.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions through the platform account used for purchase.
Cancelling a subscription usually prevents future renewal but may not provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by the platform’s refund policy or applicable law.
Access to subscription features may end when:
The subscription expires.
The subscription is cancelled.
Payment fails.
The subscription is refunded.
The subscription is revoked.
The app or feature is discontinued.
The platform account no longer verifies the entitlement.
10. In-App Purchases
Some apps may offer one-time in-app purchases.
These may include permanent model unlocks, art packs, ad removal, premium content, or other digital items.
Unless stated otherwise, in-app purchases are digital purchases for use inside the relevant app only.
In-app purchases may not be transferable between platforms, stores, accounts, or different apps.
For example, a purchase made on Google Play may not automatically transfer to iOS, and a purchase made on iOS may not automatically transfer to Android.
11. Virtual Currency
Blocksy does not currently use virtual currency.
InnoFlow may add virtual currency or similar digital items in the future.
If virtual currency is added, it will have no real-world monetary value, will not be redeemable for cash, and may be subject to additional rules.
These Terms should be updated before virtual currency is added.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled according to the rules and policies of the platform where the purchase was made, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
InnoFlow does not provide voluntary refunds directly unless required by applicable law or explicitly agreed by InnoFlow.
If a purchase was made through Google Play, refund requests should be submitted through Google Play.
If a purchase was made through Apple App Store, refund requests should be submitted through Apple.
InnoFlow may be unable to issue, approve, or control refunds where billing is controlled by the platform provider.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer protection right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Advertisements
Some apps may show advertisements.
For Blocksy, advertisements may include rewarded ads and may in the future include interstitial ads, banner ads, playable ads, offer-related ads, or other ad formats.
Rewarded ads may provide extra charges, tool usage, faster progress, convenience benefits, or other in-game rewards when the ad is completed and validated.
Ad rewards are not guaranteed if:
The ad is not completed.
The ad fails to load.
The ad network does not validate completion.
The device loses connection.
The app closes or crashes.
Fraud, abuse, automation, or tampering is detected.
The ad provider does not return a valid reward signal.
Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising networks, including Unity Ads, ironSource / Unity LevelPlay, Google AdMob, or other advertising partners.
InnoFlow is not responsible for third-party advertisements, advertiser websites, advertiser claims, external offers, or third-party content reached through ads.
14. Acceptable Use
You must not:
Cheat, hack, exploit, or abuse the apps.
Use bots, scripts, automation, unauthorized clients, modified APKs, or unauthorized tools.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or tamper with the apps except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Bypass subscriptions, purchases, ads, entitlement checks, or platform billing.
Exploit bugs or technical errors.
Interfere with app security, platform services, ad systems, or purchase systems.
Extract, copy, resell, redistribute, or reuse app assets, code, artwork, models, sounds, music, branding, levels, or other content.
Use the apps for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Misrepresent your relationship with InnoFlow.
Attempt to damage, overload, disrupt, or compromise the apps or related services.
Use the apps in a way that violates platform rules, applicable law, or third-party rights.
15. No Multiplayer, Chat, or User-Generated Content Hosting
Blocksy is currently a single-player app.
Blocksy does not currently include multiplayer, public chat, public profiles, public leaderboards, public user-generated content hosting, user uploads, public galleries, or reportable public user content.
If these features are added in the future, InnoFlow may update these Terms with additional rules.
16. Children and Age
Blocksy is a general-audience game but is not specifically directed to children under 13.
The intended minimum age for use is 13 years old, unless a higher age is required in your country.
If you are under the age required to agree to these Terms in your country, you may use the apps only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the activity of children using the apps on their devices or accounts.
InnoFlow does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without appropriate consent where required.
If a future app is specifically directed to children or families, these Terms and the Privacy Policy should be updated before release.
17. Intellectual Property
The apps and all related content are owned by InnoFlow or its licensors.
This includes:

Logos
Branding
Source code
Object code
Artwork
3D models
UI designs
Game designs
Levels
Audio
Music
Text
Tools
Visual effects
Gameplay content
Other app materials
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or exploit app content unless allowed by these Terms or expressly permitted by InnoFlow in writing.
Sharing screenshots, gameplay clips, or personal creations from the app for non-commercial purposes is allowed, provided that it does not violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform rules.
18. Updates and Changes to the Apps
InnoFlow may update, patch, rebalance, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue any app, feature, tool, model, ad reward, subscription benefit, in-app purchase, content pack, or service at any time.
InnoFlow may make changes for reasons including:
Bug fixes
Security
Platform compliance
App store requirements
Legal requirements
Gameplay balance
Fraud prevention
Technical limitations
Business reasons
Service discontinuation
InnoFlow does not guarantee that any app, feature, model, tool, reward, or content will remain available permanently.
19. Availability
The apps are provided on an “as available” basis.
InnoFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability, or compatibility with all devices, operating systems, accounts, regions, or platform services.
Access may be affected by:
Device limitations
Operating system updates
App store changes
Internet connection issues
Platform account issues
Third-party SDKs
Advertising network availability
Billing service availability
Technical errors
Maintenance
Discontinuation

InnoFlow does not guarantee a specific support response time unless required by applicable law or platform policy.
21. Privacy
The InnoFlow Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, stored, and deleted.

By using the apps, you acknowledge that information may be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
22. Third-Party Services
The apps may use third-party services, including:
Google Play
Google Play Games Services
Google Play Billing
Apple Game Center
Apple In-App Purchases
Unity Ads
ironSource / Unity LevelPlay
Google AdMob
Other platform, advertising, billing, or technical services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy notices.
InnoFlow is not responsible for third-party services, third-party accounts, third-party advertisements, third-party websites, third-party billing systems, or third-party platform decisions.
23. Disclaimers
The apps are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnoFlow makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the apps, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnoFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of progress, loss of data, loss of access, lost profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, device problems, or inability to use the apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnoFlow’s total liability for claims related to an app is limited to the amount you paid through the relevant app during the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
25. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the apps at any time.
InnoFlow may suspend or terminate access to an app, feature, entitlement, or service if you violate these Terms, abuse the app, cheat, tamper with the app, bypass payments, commit fraud, violate platform rules, or use the app unlawfully.
Termination may result in loss of access to app features, progress, rewards, or content.
Where purchases or subscriptions are controlled by a platform provider, cancellation and refund rights remain subject to that provider’s policies and applicable law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer, this does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
Disputes may be handled by the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
27. Changes to These Terms
InnoFlow may update these Terms from time to time.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date will be changed.
Significant changes may be communicated through the app, website, app store listing, or another appropriate method.
Continued use of the apps after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the apps.
