On app stores, our developer name may appear as InnoFlow Games. The legal entity responsible for this Privacy Policy is InnoFlow, based in the Netherlands.

2. Apps Covered by This Privacy Policy‍ ‍

Each app may have different features, permissions, and third-party services. The table below lists the applications currently covered by this policy:

| App Name | Package Name / Bundle ID | Platforms | Data Practices / Integrated Features |

| Blocksy / Blocksy: Color by Number | com.InnoFlow.Blocksy | Google Play / Apple App Store | Analytics, Advertisements, In-App Purchases & Subscriptions, Local App Storage, Account & Cloud Save (Unity Gaming Services). |

Modular update rule: When a new app is released, this table must be updated before the app is published. If a new app uses data practices not already described in this Privacy Policy, the relevant sections must also be updated before release.

‍ ‍

3. Information We Collect or Process‍ ‍

Depending on the specific game and features you use, we and our third-party service providers may collect and process the following categories of data:‍ ‍

3.1 Gameplay Analytics and Performance Data ‍

We collect anonymous or pseudonymous gameplay telemetry to balance game mechanics, fix crashes, and improve the user experience. This includes:

- Game progression (levels/models started and completed, tutorial steps reached, unlocked content).

- Session metrics (session duration, feature interactions).

- Performance and crash diagnostics (errors, exceptions, device memory warnings).

- Ad interaction telemetry (ad availability, rewards earned, impression-level revenue data).

Analytics is provided through Unity Gaming Services (Unity Analytics). Where required by law, analytics collection is subject to your consent choice (see Section 7).‍ ‍

3.2 Gameplay Progress and Save Data ‍

Some apps store gameplay progress, such as:

- Completed levels and unlocked content.

- Game settings and color/block palettes.

- Subscription or entitlement state.

- In-game progress and save data.

Gameplay progress may be stored locally on your device and, where enabled, stored or synced through Unity Cloud Save associated with your account.

3.3 Account, Authentication & Cloud Save (Unity Gaming Services)

Our apps use Unity Gaming Services (UGS), provided by Unity Technologies, for account and cloud functionality:

- Anonymous Authentication: When you first launch the app, an anonymous account is created automatically and a persistent player identifier (Player ID) is assigned to you. This identifier lets us save and restore your progress and entitlements. It is created without any action from you and does not, by itself, identify you personally.

- Optional Linked Account (Unity Player Accounts): You may optionally link a Unity Player Account to secure your progress and access it across devices. If you do, we may process your display name / nickname and the linked account identifier.

- Cloud Save: Where enabled, your profile, progress, unlocks, and entitlement state may be stored and synchronized through Unity Cloud Save, associated with your account rather than a specific app store. This means linked progress may sync across devices and platforms.

We do not require you to create a linked account to play; the game is fully playable using the automatic anonymous account. Your use of Unity Gaming Services is also subject to Unity's terms and privacy policy.

3.4 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions ‍

Our apps may offer digital items, tool refills, or auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., PRO monthly and annual memberships).

- Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly by the platform store (Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit). We never receive, process, or store your credit card or banking details.

- Entitlement Data: We receive obfuscated transaction receipts and entitlement tokens from the platform store solely to verify purchases, unlock paid content, manage subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. ‍

3.5 Advertising and Device Identifiers ‍

Some of our apps display advertisements through various ad formats (such as rewarded video, interstitial, banner, or app-open ads).

Advertising partners may automatically process:

- Device & Technical Identifiers: IP address (used to infer approximate, country/region-level location), device model, OS version, language/locale, and screen resolution.

- Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), subject to consent and operating system permissions.

- Ad Interaction Data: Ads served, views, clicks, engagement, and consent status where applicable.

Advertising is delivered through third-party mediation, including Unity LevelPlay / ironSource, with mediated networks that may include Unity Ads and Google AdMob, as well as other advertising partners added in the future. Partners may use this data to provide, measure, limit, personalize, or improve advertisements, depending on your consent, device settings, age-related requirements, and applicable law.‍ ‍

3.6 Device and Technical Data ‍

In addition to advertising, our apps or third-party services may process technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, region inferred from device settings or IP address, and performance, error, and diagnostic information. This data is used to operate, secure, debug, and improve the apps.‍ ‍

3.7 Local Device Storage Access ‍

Our apps may request storage or file access where needed for functionality, such as saving app data, loading app data, managing local files needed by the app, and preserving gameplay progress or settings. Storage access is limited to the app's own sandboxed directory and is not used to collect unrelated personal files, photos, or media.

3.8 Support Communications ‍

If you contact us directly by email, we may process the information included in your message, such as your email address, name (if provided), the app name, device information (if provided), a description of the issue, and any other information you voluntarily include. This is used to respond to your request and provide support.

4. How We Use Information‍ ‍

We use the collected information to:

- Operate the apps and provide gameplay features.

- Save or restore progress and manage account sign-in and linking features.

- Process subscriptions and in-app purchases, and restore purchases.

- Show advertisements where applicable.

- Identify bugs, understand user progression, measure performance, and optimize features.

- Prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and security issues.

- Respond to support requests.

- Comply with legal obligations.

‍ ‍

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / EEA & UK Users) ‍

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

1. Performance of a contract: to provide the app, purchases, subscriptions, save states, or requested features.

2. Consent: where required for advertising, personalized advertising, analytics, or other optional processing (via in-game consent dialogs or Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework). You may withdraw consent at any time.

3. Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, debug, maintain, analyze, and improve the apps.

4. Legal obligation: when required by law, tax rules, accounting rules, app store rules, or legal requests.

6. Third-Party Services and SDKs ‍

Our apps integrate third-party services that process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Depending on the app, these may include:

- Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services): Authentication, Player Accounts, Cloud Save, and Analytics. https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

- Unity LevelPlay / ironSource (Ad Mediation & Monetization): https://www.is.com/privacy-policy/

- Google Play Services, Google Play Billing & Google AdMob:https://policies.google.com/privacy

- Apple App Store & StoreKit (In-App Purchases):https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

These third-party services may collect or process data independently from us, governed by their own privacy policies and developer terms.

7. Tracking Consent & User Choices ‍

7.1 Consent Controls (GDPR / CMP) ‍

In jurisdictions requiring consent (such as the EEA and UK), our games present a consent choice that determines whether analytics and personalized advertising are enabled. You can change this choice, and withdrawing consent will stop the relevant optional processing going forward.

7.2 Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) ‍

On iOS devices (iOS 14.5+), you will be prompted to grant or deny tracking permission. If denied, advertising networks will serve non-personalized, contextual ads.

7.3 US State Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA and similar)

If you reside in California or another US state with applicable privacy laws:

- We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration.

- The use of third-party advertising identifiers may constitute "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state laws.

- You have the right to request access to, deletion of, or to opt out of the sharing of your personal data by contacting us.

8. Data Sharing ‍

We do not sell personal data.

We may share or make data available to:

- App store providers.

- Advertising partners.

- Purchase and subscription processing providers.

- Platform account service providers.

- Service providers that help operate the apps.

- Legal authorities, where required by law.

Data is shared only where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

‍ ‍

9. Data Retention ‍

- Gameplay & Analytics Data: Retained in aggregated or pseudonymous form for as long as necessary to analyze trends and maintain game balance.

- Gameplay Progress: Kept for as long as needed to provide save, restore, or account-related functionality.

- Purchase & Subscription Records: Retained as long as needed to verify entitlements, restore purchases, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

- Support Emails: Retained as long as needed to handle the request and maintain business records.

- Third-Party Data: Third-party services retain data according to their own retention policies.

10. Data Deletion and Your Rights ‍

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

- Request access to and portability of your data.

- Request correction of inaccurate data.

- Request deletion of your data.

- Object to or request restriction of certain processing.

- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. (Users in the EEA may contact their local data protection authority.)

Our apps include a built-in, self-service deletion option. Using the in-app "Delete Account / Delete My Data" function permanently deletes your Unity Cloud Save file and your Unity Gaming Services account (Authentication data), and wipes local data on your device. After deletion, the app starts a fresh anonymous session so it remains usable.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to innoflowdev@gmail.com and include:

1. The app name (e.g., Blocksy).

2. The platform used (Google Play or Apple App Store).

3. Any relevant account identifier, player ID, or email used in the app (if applicable).

4. A clear description of your request.

If we do not control the requested data because it is held by an app store, advertising partner, or platform service, we may direct you to that third-party service. For data held directly by platform providers, you may also manage or delete it through your Google or Apple account settings.

Account deletion for the Unity-based account described in Section 3.3 is available in-app and by email as described above.

‍ ‍

11. Children’s Privacy‍ ‍

Our apps are not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. Blocksy is a general-audience 3D block painting game; it is not designed specifically for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without appropriate consent where required.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data, contact us at innoflowdev@gmail.com.

If a future app is specifically directed to children or families, this Privacy Policy will be updated before release to describe the child-specific data practices for that app.

‍ ‍

12. Advertising and Children‍ ‍

Apps that include advertising are intended for a general audience unless stated otherwise in Section 2. Where required, advertising settings, consent settings, age-related settings, and ad SDK configuration must comply with applicable laws and app store requirements.

If a future app is later directed to children or families, advertising behavior and third-party SDKs must be reviewed and this Privacy Policy must be updated before release.

‍ ‍

13. Security‍ ‍

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect information handled through our apps and services.

‍ ‍

14. International Data Transfers‍ ‍

Because we use multinational service providers (such as Unity, Google, and Apple), your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are used for international data transfers.

‍ ‍

15. In-App Permissions‍ ‍

Apps may request permissions needed for their functionality. For Blocksy, the app may request storage access where needed to save, load, or manage app-related data.

Future apps may request other permissions if required by their features. If a future app uses sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or Bluetooth, this Privacy Policy must be updated before release.

‍ ‍

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy‍ ‍

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new game releases, feature additions, SDK updates, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the app, website, or store listing. Continued use of the apps after an update means the updated Privacy Policy applies from its effective date.
